MAXIMUM EXPECTATION FOR BEN WEIDER LEGACY CUP, IN ARUBA

Athletes from 20 countries (North, South and Central America; Caribbean and Netherland) are preparing their participation, next Friday 4th August; in the first edition of the Ben Weider Legacy Cup Aruba (BWLCA), held in Palm Beach. This event, organized by the Aruba Bodybuilding & Powerlifting Association (ABPA) will resume the 2017 season, after the break in July.

The BWLCA is, as well, an Elite Qualifying event, which represent that we will find out important movements, in the Ranking, after the 6th. August. Competitors in Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, Bodyfitness, Bikini Fitness and Classic Bodybuilding will do their best, to place into the Top 5 in order to raise up, in the ranking. Beside, the overall winners in such 5 disciplines will be eligible to qualify for the Pro Card.

The 2017 BWLCA will celebrate the whole competitive schedule, on Saturday 5th; bringing a fantastic opportunity for leisure time and tourism, on Sunday 6th, before departures.

Leaded by its president, Mr. Giovanni Arendsz, the Aruba Bodybuilding & Powerlifting Association is very active promoting the sport in the country. Beside the competition, the BWLCA offers an interesting Judges Seminar conducted by Mr. Pawel Filleborn, chairman of the IFBB Judges Committee. It will be a great chance for judges and athletes of this area, looking forward the next coming events, as the 45th Central America and Caribbean Championships, held in Mexico DF, next September 29th. to October 2nd.
