The Organizing Committee has established a SPECIAL PACKAGE including:

ARRIVALS /AIRPORT
The Azerbaijan Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness will pick you up at Heydar Aliyev International Airport. It is very important that every federation provides their details to the Organizing Committee including the number of people in their delegation. Your cooperation is essential to ensuring adequate transportation for your team.
TRANSPORTATION
A bus service will be organized to take all the athletes and delegates (including those arriving
before the official arrival date and leaving after the official departure date) from and to Heydar Aliyev International Airport. A shuttle service will also ensure transportation from the hotel to the venue site and back
EARLY ARRIVALS / LAST DEPARTURES
Any National Federation, including any of its individual team members, arriving before the Official Arrival Date of May 4, 2007 and/or staying on after the Official Departure Date of May 7, 2007 will be responsible for all their own expenses. Accommodations before the Official Arrival Date and after the Official Departure Date will be approximately EUR 70 per day for a double room

There are 8 men bodybuilding bodyweight categories (Maximum of eight (8) athletes per National Federation will be accepted).
There are 3 men classic-bodybuilding height categories (Maximum of three (3) athletes per National Federation in A-team and the next three (3) in B-team will be accepted)
There are one mixed pairs category (Maximum of one (1) mixed pair per National Federation in A-team and the next one (1) in B-team will be accepted). Men competitors for the mixed pairs should be among the official 8 athletes of the bodybuilding team for these Championships. Otherwise, the man competitor for the mixed pair should buy a Special Package of EUR 250.
Each Official A-Team Athlete and Delegate, including delegates without competitors, must pay the EBFF Registration Fee of EUR 100. This fee is payable to the EBFF upon arrival at the Official Hotel in Baku. The EBFF Registration Fee is completely separate from the hotel security deposit. B-Team Athletes are not required to pay the EBFF Registration Fee since this is included in the Special Package rate of EUR 250, they have to buy.
According to Article 9.4 Point 20 of the IFBB Rules, the host organizing National Federation may enter a C-Team, the same as A-Team, of which the team members may compete for individual places, awards, medals, and trophies; however, their results will not count for the “Best National Team” award.
WEIGH-IN and MEASUREMENT OF ATHLETES
Weigh-in, measurement and registration of athletes will take place at the Hotel ABSHERON. It is the responsibility of the chief delegate or team leader to make sure the athletes are on time. Any athletes who are late will not be accepted to participate.
Each Classic Bodybuilding competitor should consider that if he is overweight and failed to make his bodyweight limit within 30 minutes from the first measure, he will not be allowed to compete in Classic Bodybuilding categories.
REGISTRATION FEE
Each official athlete of A-Team and delegate will be obliged to pay a REGISTRATION FEE of EUR 100. This fee is payable to the EBFF upon arrival in the hotel in Baku. The registration fee is completely separate from the hotel deposit mentioned above.
SECRETARIAT
The Organizing Committee will have a secretariat desk in the lobby of the Hotel ABSHERON from 10.00 am, Friday, May 4, 2007 to 4.00 pm, May 7, 2007. You can obtain information and assistance from the Secretariat.
EBFF CONGRESS
THE EBFF CONGRESS will be held at the PARK INN Hotel, Sunday morning.
BACKSTAGE ACCESS/DRESSING ROOM ACCESS
Access to the backstage area and dressing room area shall be strictly limited to essential personnel ONLY. Coaches and trainers who assist athletes in the dressing room MUST BE OF THE SAME SEX AS THE ATHLETE THEY ARE ASSISTING.
CAMERA/VIDEOTAPE EQUIPMENT
Cameras and videotapes shall be strictly prohibited in the backstage area and dressing room area except when used by duly recognized press personnel and, in any event, these devices shall be STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE DRESSING ROOM AREA.
DRESS CODE, PARADE OF NATIONS
The dress code for all delegates or officials for the Parade of Nations is as follows: Black dress shoes, dark socks, grey dress skirt or trousers, white shirt, IFBB tie and blue blazer with IFBB crest. The dress code for all athletes taking part in the Parade of Nations is posing attire.
POSING MUSIC
All posing music must be on a CD. The music must be on the start of the CD. Each competitor must affix his/her name on the CD for easy identification.
COMPETITOR INFORMATION FORM
Fill in this form for each competitor of your National Team prior to your departure to Baku and include as much information as possible. This information will be used during the live webcast transmission from the finals and will be used to promote your competitors in press, TV, website and other media. Each athlete should have the Competitor Information Form with her/him at the Registration of competitors (weigh-in) in Baku.
JUDGES
All National Federations are reminded that their nominations of judges to the Championships must be also included in the Final Entry Form, according to the Amendments to the Rules: That a National Federation must provide on the Final Entry Form the names of all judges (including test judges) nominated to officiate at the competition, failing which the individual will not be allowed to judge. All IFBB/EBFF International Amateur Judges must be in possession of a valid Judges Card.
Special lectures for judges, prepared by the EBFF Judges Committee members, will be delivered during the Technical Meeting. Judges attendance is obligatory! Then all judges nominated by National Federations will have to pass the test of basic judging knowledge to be included in the official judging panels. This test will be run by the EBFF Judges Committee.

DRUG TESTING
Competitors will be tested according to the current IFBB Doping Control Rules.
VISAS
A valid passport is required for entry into Azerbaijan. Please contact the Embassy or Consulate of Azerbaijan in your country to verify if you need a visa. It is important that the visas are obtained before the departure of your team. Visas issued upon arrival in Baku will cost USD 42.00 per visa.
LANGUAGE
Official language in the Azerbaijan Republic is the Azeri language. Most people speak also Russian, Turkish. English is spoken in hotels, restaurants, shopping centers and tourist areas.
