By Rob Wilkins

Bodybuilding’s international appeal is especially evident in China as more and more individuals are attracted to competitive bodybuilding, sports conditioning and general physical fitness.  Following a bodybuilding regimen is quickly becoming a way of life for many in this vast country.  Finding dedicated and highly motivated coaches who are also well educated, qualified and available has proven to be a difficult task in the past.  However, under the superior guidance of Sun Li, editor for Muscle & Fitness, China, this void has now been filled.

Sun Li is doing a fantastic job in teaching the benefits of a well-rounded bodybuilding program,” said Ben Weider.  “Like a preacher, Sun Li is spreading the “gospel” of bodybuilding throughout China.  Recently, over 200 of her disciples graduated from the Weider Training System with honors. This clearly demonstrates what a great instructor Sun Li is as she continues to educate Chinese people on the positive aspects of a bodybuilding lifestyle,” commented Weider.
