It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the online 2003 IFBB International Congress Report. This year marks the fourth in a row in which our annual Congress Report appears online. We are very pleased to publish news of our activities to our millions of Internet viewers from over 150 countries around the world. My 2003 President's Report focuses on the dedication and commitment of our officials; the primary reason why the sport and the IFBB continue to experience worldwide growth and development. I wish to congratulate the Indian Bodybuilding Federation and ProCam International Ltd for their high degree of professionalism and organizational skill in hosting the 57th IFBB Men's World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships and IFBB International Congress in Mumbai, India, November 6-10, 2003.
