It is our pleasure to invite you to compete in our "31 st GRAND PRIX PEPA OPAVA 2009" for amateur body builders and classic body builders men and body fitness women.

Notice
We would like to ask you to send us the total number of competitors and delegates so that we could reserve accommodation for them in time. Please do it by 15 th October at the latest. The organizers will cover them the expenses for the accommodation and food during the whole stay. You should come on October 23rd 2009 and stay till 25th October 2009.

Arrivals
The most suitable arrival day is Friday, October 23rd. After your arrival you are expected to come to FITNESS CENTRUM PEPA, Zamecky okruh 8, Opava. Please, let us know the exact day of your arrival.

Transportation
Opava is placed only 30 km away from Ostrava city. It can be better then to come from Ostrava by car, bus or train. There is also an airport in Ostrava but none in Opava.


Judging
Grand Prix PEPA Opava 2009 will include the following weight categories:
Men - 80,90,+90kg
Bodyfitness women - one category, (short class, over class)
Classic bodybuilding – one category
All categories are competing in accordance with IFBB rules.

Prizes
Competitors will be awarded trophies and the first six competitors will get the financial grant of total value of 300.000 Czech crowns (15 000 USD) and financial compensation of total value of 300.000 Czech crowns. Absolute winners, both men and women competitors, will be awarded a FIT CENTRUM PEPA gold ring.

- 10.00 - 11.00 a.m. - Classification by Weight (Weight-in – Hotel Koruna)
- 11.00 a.m. - Technival Meeting (only Judges and Team Leaders )
- 1.00 - 4.00 p.m. - Prejudging (Silesian theatre)
- 4.00 - 5.00 p.m. - Pause
- 5.00 - 8.00 p.m. - Finals (Silesian theatre)
- 9.00 p.m. - Closing Banquet (Hotel Koruna)
