We received more details on the next big international event in the Nordic countries: Loaded Cup in Ringsted, Denmark. The contest is promoted by the Danish Federation President Stellan Bossen, whom we presented in one of the recent Newsletters.
Loaded Cup is not a new contest. It has had a few years tradition and is quickly expanding due to the dynamic and efficient activity of the Danish Federation and the Organizers. The event will take place in the Ringsted Theater and Congress Center, a beautiful modern venue, with over 1200 seats capacity.
Last year’s Loaded Cup attracted over 40 athletes. This year we can expect even more.

Saturday, May 3rd, 10:00 AM – Prejudging; 18:00 PM – Finals.
In the meantime a lot of attractions:
- Benchpress battle (pressing the bar of your bodyweight for max. number of reps)
- Bar Dips battle (who will do more reps?)
- Biceps battle (who will do more reps with 50 kg EZ bar, with no cheating?)

The contest will include the following official IFBB categories:
- Women bodyfitness: 164 cm; +164 cm and overall
- Men classic bodybuilding: 178 cm; +178 cm and overall
- Women bodybuilding: 57 kg; +57 kg and overall
- Men bodybuilding: 80 kg; 90 kg; 100 kg; +100 kg and overall

SPECIAL ATTRACTIONS:
Guest posing of the famous pro bodybuilders: Dennis Wolf, Dennis James and world junior champion Daniel Hill.

Prize money:
MEN’S BODYBUILDING OVERALL CATEGORY:
1st place: EUR 2500
2nd place: EUR 1500
3rd place: EUR 1000
4th place: EUR 750
5th place: EUR 500
6th place: EUR 300

MEN’S CLASSIC BODYBUILDING; WOMEN’S BODYBUILDING AND WOMEN’S BODYFITNESS OVERALL CATEGORIES:
1st place: EUR 1000
2nd place: EUR 750
3rd place: EUR 500
