ISABEL MILES, CHAIRWOMAN OF THE NEXT COMING IBERIAN ANTI AGING CONGRESS VISITED IFBB HEADQUARTERS IN MADRID

The Iberian Anti Aging Congress that includes in its program lectures from Dr Bob Goldman, Dr Ronald Klatz, Dr Santonja and Prof. Mauricio Arruda will be held at Estoril from 29th to 31st May.

Together with the conference, the IFBB will develop a special course for the Personal Trainer Certification.

Bodybuilding is the ideal anti aging lifestyle; the participation in this Congress is connected with the program developed by President Santonja, in coordination with Dr Goldman to introduce these beneficial aspects of our sport and lifestyle to the medical community and the entire society.
