MIHAI DRAGOMIR – COVER MODEL AND OFFICIAL FROM ROMANIA

I met him during the recent World Juniors and Masters Championships in Budapest, Hungary. I quickly noticed that he was not involved only in bodybuilding and fitness as trainer graduated from the National Academy of Physical Education and Sports but also in kick-boxing and martial arts. In addition, he participated in nutrition seminars organized by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in Rome and conducted by the world-famous expert Dr. Mauro di Pasquale.

Mihai is also a Romanian Federation judge and official. He was a member of the Organizing Committees of both European Bodybuilding Championships staged in Romania in 1996 (Constanta) and 2005 (Brasov). But he is also an active promoter of the healthy lifestyle in Romanian media. He took part as an expert in national TV show - „Sacrifices for beauty”, Senso TV program „Thin or fat” and TV Romantica series - „Maintain your body during the holidays”.

He also cooperates as an editor and adviser with the Romanian edition of “Men’s Health” magazine and “Monden” magazine. And what is he doing now? Attending a masters course at the Physical Education and Sports Faculty of the Spiru Haret University in Bucharest. A real healthy lifestyle promoter of the 21st century.
