| Due to the tremendous volume of information being transmitted to the IFBB by its National, Regional and Continental Federations, IFBB.com must establish and implement the following guidelines for the online publishing of reports:
1. |
IFBB.com will publish the following types of reports only:
a. |
Annual Report of the federation's activities. |

b. |
Contest Report on the National, Regional or Continental Championships. |
|
|
c. |
Inspection Report for the Continental Championships. |
|
|
|
2. |
All reports must be professionally prepared at source. IFBB.com will not perform any editing of the source file. |
|
|
3. |
The report must be written in proper English, with attention to correct spelling and grammar. |
|
|
4. |
The report must be in Adobe Acrobat format (.PDF), with a file size not greater than 1 MB. |
|
|
5. |
Photographs and other graphics, if used in the report, must be properly inserted into the document and must be “economized” as to size, resolution, colors, etc. Economization refers to minimizing the file size of the photograph or graphic while retaining its quality. |

6. |
All photographs must be properly captioned and credited (name of photographer). |
|
|
7. |
IFBB.com reserves the right to reject any report that does not meet these guidelines. |
