1. In order to safeguard its Quality Assurance responsibilities, the IFBB currently offers the Course to affiliated National Federations only.
2. Each National Federation under contractual agreement is then responsible for teaching the Course to its clients (athletes, athlete support personnel, coaches, trainers, etc).
3. National Federations interested in the Course must submit an official request, signed by the president or general-secretary, to the Course Manager.
4. The IFBB will then send to the National Federation a copy of the Course Contract/License Agreement.
5. At the same time, the IFBB will send to the National Federation a copy of the Course Invoice.
6. The National Federation, if it agrees to the terms and conditions of the Contract/License Agreement and Invoice, signs* the document and returns same to the IFBB.
*The Contract/License Agreement may be signed electronically by scanned signature.
7. The IFBB in turn signs the Contract/License Agreement and returns a copy to the National Federation.
8. Complete instructions on payment terms and conditions are detailed on the Invoice. These instructions must be followed to the letter, failing which the Course material cannot be delivered to the National Federation.
9. Once the terms and conditions of the Contract/License Agreement and Invoice have been met, the IFBB will forward to the National Federation the Course material on CD.
